Beauty mogul Kylie Jenner is glamming up her dad.
On Saturday, Caitlyn Jenner, 71, released a video on her YouTube channel of her youngest daughter doing her makeup for the first time ever.
“This is the highlight of my life,” Kylie told Caitlyn, welcoming her into the Kylie Cosmetics office — and, of course, using all of her own makeup products.
“Did you ever think this day would come?,” Kylie asked.
“No, did you ever think?” Caitlyn replied. “I mean, I was 65 years old before I finally came through this. It’s like I had to raise everybody else and I had such a life and finally, it was my time to be me and live my life.”
Continued the retired Olympian, “I didn’t think I could do it and then I did it and you guys have been my best friends.”
The pair was so in sync that they even wore matching gold nameplate necklaces that Caitlyn gifted Kylie for Christmas.
The duo discussed when Caitlyn would yell at her daughter for watching YouTube makeup tutorials as a teenager, and Kylie said her dad is “really good” at doing her own makeup.
“Girl, I was doing makeup 30 years before you were born,” Caitlyn recalled telling one of her daughters.
Caitlyn also opened up about the first time she ever had her makeup done professionally, which was for her groundbreaking 2015 Vanity Fair cover photographed by Annie Leibovitz. She used the major magazine moment to come out to the world as a transgender woman, revealing her new look as well as her name.
“A day before the shoot, literally a truck shows up with clothes,” Caitlyn recalled of the photoshoot.
“I had one room [with] nothing but shoes. I couldn’t even buy shoes, my feet are too damn big. We spent a whole day just trying stuff on and I thought, ‘Oh my God, I died and went to heaven.’”
